What is the best spyware blockers software?
I use a program called Superantispyware. It's a free program you can download at www.superantispyware.com
This, in my opinion, is the best free one available. This has saved me from having to format my pc more times than I wish to remember.
It removes Spyware, Adware and Remove Malware, Trojans, Dialers, Worms, KeyLoggers, HiJackers, Parasites, Rootkits, Rogue Security Products and many other types of threats. It will also prevent further infection of your pc. It automatically updates to get the latest signatures, so you are pretty much permanently protected against web nasties.
Please note however: there is a big difference between antivirus and antispyware software. Having the one does not protect you from the other. Superantispyware should be used in conjunction with your current anitvirus software, and not as a replacement. for it.

SUPERAntiSpyware Free is a great on-demand scanner. It builts into windows context menu and allows to quickly scan any file or folder. Pro version is awesome, resides peacefully with avast! professional and I haven't had any problems with malware ever since stumbled upon this combination. Some people say avast! is bad and its detection rate is poor, but from my experience it works well.
I totally agree. I've had it on with AVG and it works well with antivirus software. Haven't tried it with Norton, but I assume it will work with that as well.
